Here's how i do them:
- In pestle & mortar combine:
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- pinch salt & pepper
- chicken spices (which i picked up on a trip to Turkey) Or any flavours you fancy i.e. cajun
3. On grill pan over high heat, fry chops on one side (the pan does not need oil-there's enough in the
marinade) for about a minute
4. Turn the chops and turn heat down to medium so not to burn but to cook right through
Yummy Yummy! We serve ours with buttery mash and some healthy green steamed veg !
